What we repair on the bench.

Gravimetric dosing recalibration. Black Eagle Gravimetric weighing shots inconsistently means the group scale or flow meter drifted. We test, swap the cell if needed, and recalibrate so the dose lands where the barista set it.
T3 multi-boiler temperature control. Temp swings across groups point at a T3 sensor or PID fault. We read the boards, replace the bad sensor, and confirm steady brew temp under load.
Control board faults. These are electronics-heavy machines. When a control board errors out, we diagnose it, source the correct board through the distributor, and verify the machine runs clean.
Descaling and water filtration. On a plumbed line the boiler scales over time. We descale, check the element, and set proper filtration so a busy California Avenue bar is not back on the bench in a month.
