Gravimetric scale and flow meter faults. Black Eagle Gravimetric shots drifting or refusing to stop usually mean a flow meter or group scale out of cal. We test the meter, reseat or swap the cell, and recalibrate the dose.
T3 temperature instability. T3 multi-boiler running hot or cold across groups points at a sensor or PID fault. We read the boards, replace the failed sensor, and confirm steady temp before we leave.
Boiler descaling and element. Oakland water builds scale fast on a plumbed line. We descale the boiler, check the heating element draw, and set you up on filtration so it does not come back next quarter.
Group solenoid and gasket service. Dripping group or weak flow on an Eagle One is usually a tired solenoid or group gasket. We rebuild the group and reseat the seals so the shot holds pressure.
