The wear I see here shows up more in the mechanical parts that take the beating from rush volume, group solenoids, gaskets, and the gravimetric scale on Black Eagle models.

- Group solenoid and gasket wear from rush volume. Two hard rush windows a day wear a solenoid faster than steady traffic does. When a group runs slow or keeps dripping after the shot, I pull the solenoid, clean or swap it, and rebuild the gaskets while the group is open.
- T3 sensor and PID drift. If shots start pulling hot or cold and nobody touched the settings, the T3 sensor or the PID logic behind it is usually the cause. I check the sensor reading against the board before I replace anything.
- Gravimetric scale calibration on Black Eagle. Black Eagle Gravimetric doses by weight, and a scale that drifts even a little throws off every shot on the bar. I recalibrate the scale and check the flow path for fouling that can throw the reading off.
