What we repair on the bench.
- Black Eagle gravimetric dosing. Weight-based shots that drift come from the gravimetric scales or flow meters. We recalibrate so the dose lands right on every group.
- T3 multi-boiler temperature. Steam pressure and brew temp depend on healthy T3 sensors and a tuned PID. We track down drift and swings at the temperature system.
- Group gaskets and solenoids. Drips and weak lock-up mean worn gaskets and a tired solenoid. We rebuild the group so the seal and flow are correct again.
- Descaling and element check. Plumbed machines in 94506 collect scale on the boiler and element. We descale, test the element, and review filtration on the line.
