- Gravimetric scale drift under volume. High-throughput Cupertino bars wear the Black Eagle gravimetric scales fast. We recalibrate the in-group scales and flow meters or replace the worn sensor.
- T3 PID and sensor faults. Constant pulling stresses the T3 multi-boiler control. We check each temperature sensor against the PID and chase boiler-by-boiler temperature errors.
- Control board diagnostics. These machines are electronics-heavy. When a group or display drops out we trace it to the board, test inputs, and replace the board if it is dead.
- Boiler descaling and element check. Even on filtered lines, volume builds scale. We descale the boilers, verify element draw, and review the filter schedule for a shop running this hard.
