T3 temperature swings. Concord water scales the T3 multi-boiler sensors and PID over time. We pull the sensors, check the readings against the boards, and descale the affected boiler.
Group solenoid and gasket leaks. A weeping group head or slow solenoid means failed gaskets or a stuck valve. We rebuild the group, swap solenoid and seals, and re-pressure test.
Descaling and element service. Hard inlet water is the root cause on most Concord machines. We descale the boilers, check the heating element draw, and talk water filtration so it does not come back.
