Gravimetric flow meter and scale. Off doses on a Black Eagle Gravimetric come from a drifting flow meter or scale. We test and recalibrate, and replace the load cell when it's the cause.
Boiler descaling for hard Livermore water. Livermore valley water is hard and scales boilers quickly. We descale, check the element, and set up water filtration so recovery and pressure stay right.
T3 temperature system. Swinging shot temps point to the T3 sensors or PID. We verify the multi-boiler readings, replace a bad sensor, and confirm the setpoint holds under load.
