T3 temperature swings. The T3 multi-boiler system depends on clean sensor readings and a healthy PID. We check the T3 sensors and PID when brew temps wander or steam pressure won't settle.
Group solenoid and gasket service. Dripping groups and weak lock-up come from worn group gaskets and tired solenoids. We rebuild the group and swap solenoids so the seal and flow are right.
Descaling on a plumbed line. Alameda water leaves scale in the boiler and lines. We descale the boiler, check the element, and look at your filtration so the problem doesn't come back next quarter.
