What we repair on the bench.

Gravimetric flow meter and scale. A drifting Black Eagle scale throws shot weights off across the bar. We test the flow meter and scale, recalibrate, and replace the load cell when needed.
T3 temperature stability. Shot-to-shot temperature swings trace to the T3 sensors or PID. We check the multi-boiler readings, replace a failed sensor, and lock the setpoint.
Group solenoid and gasket rebuild. A group that drips or holds pressure needs the solenoid and gasket replaced. We pull the group, rebuild it, and reseat the seals.
Boiler descaling and element. Plumbed machines scale on the Peninsula supply. We descale the boiler, test the element, and check filtration so pressure and recovery stay steady.
