Gravimetric dosing calibration. A Black Eagle that doses long or short needs the flow meter and scale checked. We recalibrate the gravimetric system and replace a failed load cell.
T3 sensor and PID service. Temperature drift on the T3 multi-boiler system shows in the cup. We test the sensors and PID, swap the bad sensor, and confirm the setpoint.
Boiler descaling and filtration. Even lower-volume machines scale up on a plumbed line. We descale the boiler, test the element, and set the inline filter so it doesn't recur.
Group solenoid and gasket. A weeping or slow-releasing group means the solenoid or gasket is done. We rebuild the group and reseal it.
