T3 temperature instability. When the T3 multi-boiler readings wander, espresso temp swings cup to cup. We check the T3 sensors and PID, replace a failed sensor, and confirm setpoints hold.
Group solenoid and gasket service. A group that leaks or won't release pressure usually means a tired solenoid or group gasket. We rebuild the group, swap the solenoid, and reseat seals.
Boiler descaling and element. Burlingame water leaves scale that chokes the boiler and kills heat-up. We descale, test the element, and check the inline filtration so it doesn't return.
