What we repair on the bench.

T3 sensor and PID faults. Temperature creep on the T3 system shows up as inconsistent shots through the rush. We test the sensors and PID board, replace the failed part, and lock the setpoint.
Group solenoid replacement. Slow release or a dripping group on an Eagle One traces to the solenoid or gasket. We pull the group, replace the solenoid, and reseal.
Boiler descaling and heating element. Contra Costa water scales the boiler and slows recovery. We descale, test the element, and flush the lines so steam pressure comes back.
Control board and electronics. These are electronics-driven machines. When a board faults and the display drops or buttons go dead, we diagnose the control board and source the replacement through the distributor.
