What we close on the truck.
- Door interlocks reading intermittently. A cafe unit that starts only on the second try has worn interlock switches, and staff compensating with harder slams accelerates the hinge wear. I replace the switch set and set the actuation sequence to Sharp's spec, which also protects the internal fuse the monitor circuit guards.
- Arc damage behind a neglected waveguide cover. Bakery splatter carbonizes the cover and every cycle after that arcs a little more. Caught early it is a ten-dollar part. Caught late the waveguide flange needs dressing too. I inspect the guide behind the cover every time rather than assuming.
- Touch panel failures on preset-heavy workflows. Village cafes live on two or three presets, and those pads die first. The panel assembly swap brings the unit back, and I reprogram the presets to the kitchen's exact times so nothing about the counter routine changes.
