- Magnetron replacement. Dead heat or weak heat on R-22 and R-24 units almost always traces to a failed magnetron, which we test and swap.
- High-voltage diode and capacitor. No heat with a humming or tripping unit points to the HV diode or capacitor, both common failures on the heavy-duty Sharp series.
- Door interlock and monitor switches. Unit will not start or blows the line fuse on door close when the interlock or monitor switch fails, a frequent fault on R-CD models.
- Touch control panel and stirrer motor. Dead buttons or uneven heating get diagnosed as a touch control panel fault or a seized stirrer motor, and we replace the bad part.
