- Drip tray, tap valve, and control board. Constant daily use wears out the dispense side fast. Sticking spigots, a cracked drip tray, or a control board that will not hold a setting, I rebuild the valve or swap the board.
- Auger gear motor. The auger slows down or quits while the machine still runs and cools normally. I check the gear motor and the drive coupling and replace the worn part, usually the motor bearing or the coupling teeth.
