The unit clicks every few minutes while the raspado mix sits warm. I replace the relay and capacitor, verify compressor draw, and suggest a placement that sells product without cooking the machine.
- Street dust choking the condenser. Corridor storefronts pull dusty air, and the condenser fins mat over faster here than almost anywhere I service. Freezing capacity fades week by week until the afternoon product will not hold. A thorough coil cleaning and fan check brings the full freeze back in one visit.
- Rear seal leak from heavy fruit syrup bases. Tamarindo, mango, and other dense syrups push past a worn shaft seal and drip toward the drive. The early sign is a sticky stripe down the machine's back panel. A new seal now is a small ticket. The same leak ignored becomes a seal plus a gearbox.
