What we close on the truck.

Bowl seal failure from lemonade acid. Frozen lemonade base is hard on the rear shaft seal, and marina stands run it all season. The leak starts as a faint drip behind the tank and ends with mix in the gearbox. I replace the seal early, which is a cheap visit, or the seal plus the drive later, which is not.
Consistency control stuck too cold. Older downtown machines drift until the tank freezes into a block overnight and the auger stalls at open. Staff learn to unplug it at close, which just hides the problem. I recalibrate or replace the control so the machine can safely run the way it was designed to.
Failed condenser fan on outdoor-adjacent units. Stands near the water expose the fan motor to damp air and grit, and the bearing goes. The compressor then overheats during the exact afternoon hours you sell the most. A new fan motor and a cleaned coil restore full freezing capacity in one visit.
