How fast can you get to San Ramon, and do you cover after-hours?

San Ramon is our home base, so we're usually out the same day or the next. This is foodservice, so we run after-hours and weekend calls when a machine goes down during service.

Do you carry Vevor parts or have to order them?

We stock common wear items like gaskets, seals, and tap parts. Vevor parts are cheap but availability varies, so boards, gear motors, and refrigeration parts we source per call.

What does a repair cost?

Diagnostic is $99 and credited toward the repair. You get a written quote before we touch anything, no surprise charges.

Vevor in San Ramon

Vevor commercial service.

We are based in San Ramon, so when a Vevor slush or granita machine quits at a cafe or c-store in City Center Bishop Ranch (94583), we can usually be there the same day or the next. No freeway, no traffic excuse. It is a short local run for us.

Vevor is a budget commercial brand, common in bars and convenience stores around Crow Canyon (94582) running 2-tank and 3-tank slush setups. The parts are cheap, but a dead auger motor or a leaking tank still stops your frozen drink sales. We fix them and keep the machine pouring.

Common repairs we handle.

Compressor and refrigeration. Machine runs but product stays liquid or freezes too hard. We test the compressor and refrigeration circuit, EPA and refrigerant work under CSLB #1136642.
Auger gear motor. Auger stalls, grinds, or stops turning. We pull and replace the gear motor and check the drive coupling.
Tank gaskets and seals. Leaks around the bowl or product weeping out the front. We replace tank gaskets and seals to stop the drip.
Drip tray, tap valves, and control board. Sticking taps, broken drip tray, or a dead control board. We rebuild the tap valves or swap the board.
