The machine clicks, hums, and the margarita mix sits at fridge temperature. I replace the relay and capacitor and pull the unit out of its oven, because otherwise the new parts die the same way.
Tap valve leaking citrus mix all night. Margarita mix is acidic and eats spigot o-rings faster than plain syrup. A weeping tap in a busy bar means a sticky rail and lost product every shift. I rebuild the tap with acid-tolerant seals and a fresh spring, a quick fix that stops a slow bleed of money.
