- Temperature control failures. Sensors and thermostats feed the controller, and when one fails the deck drifts or bakes uneven. We confirm the failed component with a meter, replace it, recalibrate, and run the deck under load before signing off.
- Rotating deck drive problems. On Cuppone rotating deck ovens the rotation motor and drive add a failure point the static decks do not have. A deck that stops turning bakes one side of everything. We service the drive along with the heat side.
- Contactor and panel wear. Contactors, selector switches, and knobs cook slowly in the panel heat. We test amp draw element by element behind the panel and replace the worn switchgear, the same diagnosis path that found the failed thermostats on Locanda's Tiziano double deck.
