We come over from San Ramon, about 45 minutes across the San Mateo bridge. For restaurant clients we book before-opening windows; for residences we work around the household schedule.

What we close on the truck.
- Deck won't reach temperature. An element down or a thermostat misreading. On a single-deck home unit one failed element takes a real bite out of the heat. We meter the elements and the control circuit and replace the failed part only.
- Controller chasing false readings. A drifting temperature sensor makes the oven overshoot, then stall. We replace the sensor, recalibrate the controls, and verify the stone holds setpoint through a full bake cycle.
- Panel hardware on lightly used ovens. Estate ovens sit idle for stretches, which is its own wear pattern: stiff switches, lazy contactors. We exercise and test the panel and replace what doesn't pass.
