- Temperature sensor and thermostat faults. A deck that bakes uneven or drifts off setpoint is usually a failed sensor or thermostat feeding the controller bad readings. We confirm with a meter, replace, recalibrate, and run the deck under load before we leave.
- Deck heating elements, top and bottom. When one element opens up, that deck runs cold on the floor or the crown and your bakes go pale on one side. We check amp draw element by element and swap the dead one.
- Contactors and control switches. A failed contactor looks identical to a dead element from the front of the oven. We test both before quoting, and we carry the common electrical parts in the van.
