Bake quality sliding night to night. When the same dough bakes different every night, the controller is getting bad data from a drifting sensor or thermostat. We replace the sensing side, recalibrate, and run the deck under load until it proves itself.
Deck elements down on floor or crown. Top and bottom elements fail independently, and the contactor behind the panel can fake the same symptom. We check amp draw per element so the part we order is the part that failed.
Heat bleeding past the deck doors. Stretched door springs and tired gaskets cost recovery time and push the kitchen hotter than it needs to be. We replace the hardware and confirm the deck seals and recovers on spec.
