- Setpoint drift during service. A deck that holds at 4 PM and sags at 8 PM is usually a failing sensor or thermostat under sustained load. We test the temperature chain with a meter, replace the failed part, recalibrate, and verify under load.
- Contactor failures. Volume shops cycle the contactors thousands of times a week and the contacts pit and weld. A stuck or dead contactor mimics a dead element from the front. We test both and replace the one that actually failed.
- Doors that won't seal. Stretched springs and flattened gaskets let heat pour out between bakes, so recovery slows and the line falls behind. We rebuild the door side: springs, gaskets, alignment.
