Older oven doesn't mean dead oven. These are heavy stainless 230V machines built to be repaired: when a deck runs cold the fault is usually a sensor, a thermostat, an element, or a contactor, and any of those beats buying new.

We come across from San Ramon, about 25 minutes over 580 and 238. We're an independent commercial shop, and the deck-oven work is electrical and mechanical, the kind we do daily.

What we close on the truck.

Old deck losing its bottom heat. Floor elements go first on a deck that's baked nightly for years. The crust comes out pale underneath while the top looks right. We test the bottom elements and their contactor and replace the one that's actually open.
Thermostat and sensor failures. Same failure we pulled out of the Locanda double deck in Livermore: capillary thermostats gone bad and the controller chasing false readings. Meter first, then replace, recalibrate, and bake-test.
Doors that won't stay shut. Stretched springs and flattened gaskets let heat pour out the front. Recovery slows and the gas and power bills climb. Springs and gaskets are a quick fix that pays for itself.
