This is home turf. We're based in San Ramon, about ten minutes south on Danville Boulevard or 680, so a morning call usually means a same or next-day visit. We already maintain Cuppone ovens for restaurant groups in this valley, including the Locanda group.
These ovens are 230V hardwired machines that fail in known places after a few years of nightly service: sensors, thermostats, deck elements, contactors. Most of those are small repairs against the cost and downtime of pulling the oven out.

What we close on the truck.
- Uneven bakes across the stone. The exact fault we fixed on the Locanda Tiziano double deck in Livermore: failed capillary thermostats and a bad temperature sensor. We meter the circuit, replace what's actually dead, recalibrate, and test under load.
- One deck dead, the other fine. On a double or triple deck, a dead deck is usually a contactor or an element, not the controller. We check amp draw element by element behind the panel before quoting anything.
- Knobs and selector switches. The control panel sits next to a lot of heat. Knobs, selector switches, and contactors wear out from the duty cycle. We carry the common electrical parts in the van.
