Outdoor keg cooler rusting at the base. Pool-deck moisture and cleaning chemicals attack the cabinet floor and the condensate pan. We check for water getting into the insulation, replace the pan or drain if it has failed, and tell you honestly whether the cabinet has years left.
Catering reach-in unable to recover during a large event. A full load of warm trays and constant door opening push a reach-in hard. When it cannot pull back down, we look at the coil, the fans and the charge, and check that it recovers to temperature with the door closed.
