- Voute convection oven airflow. Weak convection or hot spots inside the signature vaulted oven. I test the fan motor and the thermostat separately to find which one is actually causing the uneven bake.
- Induction Chateau control board. A dead induction zone or an element fault code on the induction Chateau models. I check the board and the wiring harness connections before ordering a replacement board from France.
