We set the low flame for your gas type, test the sensor, and replace the valve only if it will not hold.
- Brass and chrome knobs loose or stiff. Trim and knobs are part of the appliance. A knob that spins loose or turns stiff can hide a worn valve stem or a bent shaft. We check the valve behind it, then refit or replace the trim so it lines up.
