East Palo Alto has changed a lot in the last fifteen years, and the Monogram calls I get here mostly come from the newer construction along University Avenue and the townhome and condo developments that went in near the Bay. Those units often carry a matched Monogram suite as a standard finish rather than a homeowner upgrade, which is different from most of the towns around it.

What we close on the truck.

Ice maker skipping cycles or freezing over. In the newer East Palo Alto builds the Monogram ice makers are still fairly young, and the calls I get are usually a fill tube that has iced over or a water inlet valve not opening fully. I thaw the tube, test the valve under real line pressure, and watch a complete cycle finish before I leave.
Range burner that will not stay lit. A Monogram burner that lights and then drops out points to the flame sensing circuit or a bad gas valve solenoid, not the igniter itself, since the igniter already proved it can spark. I test the sensing circuit and the valve separately so the part I replace is the one actually causing the drop.
Refrigeration evaporator fan running loud or seizing. A Monogram fridge or column that cools unevenly, warmer in some spots than others, with a rattling or straining sound from the back, usually has an evaporator fan on its way out. I replace the fan, clear any ice buildup around it from a failing defrost cycle, and confirm even temperature across the shelves before closing the panel.
