Can we just swap a broken Dacor wall oven in our condo for a new one?

You can, but it is harder than it sounds. The new oven has to match the cutout and the electrical connection, and another brand's oven may not fit the same opening. Most Dacor wall oven faults come down to a sensor, an element, a hinge or the ERC board. We price the repair in writing so you can compare.

Touch controls ignoring presses. A control panel that skips or ignores presses can be a worn touch pad, a loose ribbon cable or the board itself. We test the pad and the cable first, since they cost much less than an ERC board, and order the board only when those check out.
Wall oven that has to come out of the cabinet. Some faults, like a wiring problem at the back of the oven, mean sliding the oven out of its opening. We protect the floor and the cabinet edges, fix the fault, and check the mounting screws and the electrical connection before the oven goes back in.
