Cracked door gasket on a busy prep table base. Gaskets on the lower doors of a prep table get kicked, pinched and wiped with harsh cleaners. Once cracked, they leak cold air at floor level where nobody notices. We replace the gasket and check the door alignment so the new one seats evenly.
