Common repairs we handle.

Pan rail warm while the cabinet below holds. The rail depends on cold air moving up from the cabinet. A slowed fan, a blocked air path or lids left open through service all starve it. We check airflow at the rail, the fan motor and the thermostat, then set the unit so rail and cabinet both hold temperature.
Water under the pans from a blocked drain. Condensate that cannot drain backs up, refreezes on the coil and drips into the cabinet. We clear the drain line, check its pitch and make sure the defrost is melting the coil fully, so the water stops coming back.
Refrigerant leak on an older unit. After 15 to 20 years, vibration and corrosion can open a leak in the sealed system. The box warms slowly over weeks as the charge drops. We find the leak, repair it and recharge, or tell you in writing when the unit's age makes replacement the better call.
