  • Overnight compressor no-starts in commissary reach-ins. Units cycling all night in warm shared kitchens burn through start relays. The morning symptom is a warm cabinet and a clicking compressor. We test the windings, replace relay and capacitor, verify amps, and get the operator loading again, usually in one visit from truck stock.
  • Grease and dust blankets on condensers in shared kitchens. Commissaries and taqueria lines generate grease from a dozen sources, and the Continental coil catches all of it. Head pressure rises, the unit never cycles off, and summer finishes the job. We degrease the coil, check superheat, and put the next cleaning date on a sticker on the cabinet.
  • Drain line freezes flooding shared floor space. In a commissary, one flooding cabinet becomes everyone's problem by morning. We thaw and clear the drain, correct pitch, test defrost termination, and swap door gaskets when they are the moisture source, so the ice does not rebuild.
