Common repairs we handle.

Leak at a corroded copper joint. A unit that slowly loses its cold, week after week, often has a leak at a corroded joint or a line rubbing against the frame. We find it with a detector, repair the joint, pull a vacuum and recharge. Then we secure any line that was rubbing.
Condenser fins corroded to the point of blocking air. Salt-damaged fins crumble and fold over, and the coil stops passing air even after a cleaning. We clean what can be saved and tell you plainly when the condenser needs replacing, a sealed-system job we price in writing.
Green terminals and a compressor that cuts in and out. Corroded connections heat up and drop voltage. The compressor starts, stumbles and trips, and the pattern looks random. We clean or replace the terminals, tighten the wiring and test the start components while we are in the panel.
