Both run through Bay Area Refrigeration Service, our commercial refrigeration division, and both are a short drive from our San Ramon base.

Plaza kitchens show classic commercial wear, grease on the condenser and rails that fade during the Sunday rush. The estate units fail differently. They are often built into cabinetry without factory clearances, so they cook their own start components in the enclosed heat. I test amp draw and superheat before condemning a compressor either way, because most of these calls end with a capacitor or a coil cleaning, not a compressor.
