Two things keep us busy on those hoods. The blower carries the work, and over a Wolf or Thermador range it runs hard enough that the bearings start grinding while airflow falls off. The capacitive touch face is the other one, since it sits right where the cooking heat and steam rise. Zephyr also builds the Presrv wine and beverage line. That is refrigeration, not ventilation, and on those we chase dual-zone drift and stalled fans instead. Either way we pull the model and serial off the unit first, then quote the exact part in writing.
