Zephyr is the designer-ventilation call. These are the statement hoods over the islands in Atherton, Blackhawk, and the Peninsula remodels, and they fail differently than a builder-grade hood. The blower is usually external or in-line, the controls are touch or app-driven, and the customer cares as much about how it looks and sounds as whether it pulls air.

The blower motor is the most common Zephyr call. On the high-CFM models the motor bearings wear, the hood gets loud, and the airflow drops. We diagnose whether it is the motor, the speed control board, or a wiring fault before we quote, because those are three different repairs at three different prices.

Touch controls and lighting are the second call. The capacitive control panel stops responding, or the LED perimeter lighting goes dark in a section. Both are board-and-harness work, and the parts cross-reference cleanly on most current Zephyr models. We confirm the exact model and serial before ordering so the board matches.

Zephyr also makes the Presrv line of wine and beverage coolers, and those are a refrigeration call, not a ventilation one. Dual-zone temperature drift, a fan that stops, or a door seal that lets warm air in are the usual issues. On true sealed-system failures we back the work with our 2-year parts-and-labor warranty.
