What we do

ADRIUM repairs pro ranges, wall ovens, gas and induction cooktops, and range hoods across 65 Bay Area cities, with gas work licensed under CSLB #1136642 and a $99 diagnostic credited toward the repair. Cooking calls split three ways: pro ranges (Thermador, Wolf, Viking, Z-Line, GE Monogram), wall ovens and cooktops (Bosch, Thermador, Fisher & Paykel), and range hoods. We are Manufacturer-Authorized by Z-Line and file Z-Line warranty paperwork directly, we work Thermador to BSH service procedures and order through the BSH distribution network.

Workflow is the same: identify the failure with a meter, not by parts-swap. Test the gas valve micro-switch before condemning a spark module. Test the RTD before condemning a control board. Verify the cool-down fan thermistor placement before swapping a fan. The wrong starting point costs the customer money.

Gas work is licensed (CSLB #1136642) and we usually stock the right gas-leak detector. Induction power-module work is bench-tested before we sign out.

Common issues. Typical repair.

Thermador Star Burner clicking, no light. We check the burner and ignition circuit for your model. Then we quote the cleaning or parts it needs.

Wolf M Series wall oven, no heat. This oven uses electric bake, broil and convection elements. A technician checks the heating circuit and controls to identify the fault before quoting a repair. (Wolf M Series service manual #824974, Rev. C, pp. 1-4 and 4-10.)

Viking range, spark won’t stop clicking. We inspect the burner and electrode, look for moisture and check the ignition controls. We confirm the fault before recommending a replacement part.

Bosch induction cooktop, F47 or E5 fault. Send us the model number and code. We look up the code for that model and test the cooling, power and control circuits it points to before quoting a repair.

Bosch wall oven, no bake heat. We test the heating circuit and controls before ordering an element. You get the repair price and schedule in writing. After the repair, we test the oven.

Z-Line Pro range, broiler will not light. We test the broiler’s ignition and gas controls before ordering any part. We file Z-Line warranty paperwork directly when the work is covered.

GE Cafe oven, F2 over-temp fault. We look up F2 for your model and test the temperature sensor and control circuit. Once we find the fault and check parts availability, we give you the repair schedule.

Range hood, controls unresponsive. We test the power supply, controls and connections before ordering a board. Full detail on blowers, speed boards, and lights is on our range hood repair page.

Fisher & Paykel cooktop, flame-failure code. We look up the code for your model, then test the flame sensor and gas controls before ordering parts.

Bertazzoni range, burner clicks without lighting. We inspect the burner, electrode and ignition controls. We test them before deciding what needs cleaning or replacement. More on our Bertazzoni brand page.
