I service what can be restored with proper cleaning and reseating, and give you a written quote for replacement crowns and bases where pitting has gone structural.
Spark generator firing weakly or not at all. When every burner needs a match, the spark generator module itself has usually failed rather than the individual switches. Damp coastal air finds its way into the module housing over the years. I confirm by checking for switch signal reaching the module, then replace the generator, a contained job when diagnosed correctly and a parts cannon when not.
Oven cutting out after reaching temperature. An ILVE gas oven that lights, heats, and then dies at temperature usually has a thermostat failing at the top of its range or a weak oven thermocouple losing the valve when the flame drops to bypass. The two faults need different parts. I run the oven through a full cycle with instrumentation before quoting, so the imported part we order is the right one.
