What we do

Front-load and top-load washers, vented and condensing dryers, heat-pump dryers, stacked units, laundry pedestals. Volume brands in this region: LG, Samsung, Electrolux Perfect Steam, GE Profile and Adora, Bosch (condensing and heat-pump dryers). We service Maytag and Whirlpool even though we do not have separate brand pages for them.

Truck stocks: door boots in both 27-inch front-load sizes, common drain pumps, drive belts, rotor-position sensors, LG direct-drive stator parts where covered under their recall pathway, dryer drum rollers, idler pulleys, and heat-pump dryer condenser-cleaning tools.

Workflow: read the fault code, listen to the drain cycle, watch the spin balance, test the door switch and the lid switch with a meter before opening major panels. Drum bearings get a hands-on diagnosis (a worn bearing growls under spin load). We do not open a sealed unit to “check” anything; we open it to fix the right part.

Common issues. Typical repair.

LG washer, LE motor fault. Rotor-position sensor has drifted out of spec. Sensor replacement is a single visit. Some shops will quote a new motor; do not let them. The sensor sits on the rear of the rotor and reads under five minutes to swap once the back is off.

LG fridge linear-compressor recall lookup. Adjacent to the laundry call: if you have an LG fridge in the same house, ask us to look up the serial. The linear-compressor settlement covers the part on qualifying units. Labor often is not covered; we tell you up front.

Samsung WV60M9900 dual-flex washer. Upper unit drain-pump failure is a regular call. Impeller cracks from foreign objects (coins, hair clips). One-visit replacement, 45 minutes.

Samsung WF top-load, ND drain code. Drain pump impeller cracked or the pump itself failed. We pull, inspect, replace. We clean the sump while we are in there.

Electrolux Perfect Steam, torn door boot. We carry the OEM boot. Replacement is a 45-minute job done right. The torn boot will leak onto the floor within a week of detection, so we do not delay this one.

Electrolux heat-pump dryer, takes forever. Condenser fins need cleaning. Every twelve months. Skipping that step is why people think heat-pump dryers do not dry well. We clean the condenser, verify the cycle time against the spec, and leave a sticker with the next due date.

GE and Maytag dryer, drum bearing growl. The rear drum bearing on a vented dryer wears out at the 8 to 10 year mark. We replace the rear bearing, the front felt seal, the idler pulley, and the drive belt together. Doing one without the others is a callback.

Bosch condensing dryer, will not heat. Heating element or the high-limit thermostat. We test both with a meter before ordering. The element runs $90 in parts; the thermostat $35.
