We read the code, listen to the drain and spin, and meter the lid or door switch before pulling a panel. On a worn dryer bearing we replace the rear bearing, front felt seal, idler pulley, and belt together. Doing one without the others is a callback, and we do not work that way.

Samsung washer ND drain code. Drain pump impeller cracked or pump failed. We pull, inspect, replace, and clean the sump while it is open. 45 minutes.
LG washer LE motor fault. Rotor-position sensor drifted, not the motor. Single-visit swap once the back panel is off. We confirm against the code before ordering, so you are not paying for a motor you do not need.
Top-load washer will not spin. Lid switch failure or a worn drive component. We meter the lid switch first because it is the cheap, common cause before we open anything bigger.
