- LG washer, LE motor fault. Rotor-position sensor out of spec. The sensor sits on the rear of the rotor and swaps once the back panel is off. Single visit.
- GE dryer, drum bearing growl. Rear bearing wears at the 8 to 10 year mark. We replace the rear bearing, front felt seal, idler pulley, and belt together. One without the others is a callback.
