- Door interlock switches. Worn interlock switches stop the oven from running or blow fuses on door close. Common on heavy-cycle units.
- Membrane keypad and stirrer motor. Dead pads on the membrane keypad or a seized stirrer motor causing uneven heating, both replaceable.
