- Door interlock switches. Worn interlock switches stop the unit from starting or trip the fuse, common on high-cycle Menumaster ovens in busy kitchens.
- Membrane keypad and stirrer motor. We replace dead membrane keypads that no longer register presses and stirrer motors that cause uneven heating.
