Capacitor that has drifted out of range. An aging high-voltage capacitor loses capacity and the oven heats slowly, or it shorts and the fuse goes. We discharge it, measure it against the value on its label and check the bleeder. It is a modest part and often the whole repair.
Hinge and latch wear on a door with years of use. Old doors sag. The latch starts missing the switches, and the oven cuts out when someone bumps the counter. We tighten or replace the hinges, reset the latch and replace switches that show burnt contacts. A leakage check around the door finishes the job.
