We fit the new pad, press every key, and check that each preset button runs the time your staff expect. If a pad is dead because the control is failing, we find that before ordering parts.
Cold spots from a failed stirrer or antenna motor. Amana Commercial ovens spread energy with a rotating stirrer or antenna instead of a turntable. When that motor stops, food heats in patches: burnt edges, a cold middle. The motor is a simple swap, and we check the cover over it for grease burns while it is open.
Shorted high-voltage diode. A shorted diode can blow the fuse, make the transformer growl, or leave the oven running with no heat. It is a small part with a big effect. We test it with a meter that can drive it, not an ordinary ohmmeter, and replace it with the matching ACP part.
