Door interlock switches failing from slam cycles. Quick-service crews slam doors, and the interlock switches on RMS and HD units take the abuse. Blown line fuses on opening the door, intermittent dead unit, or a monitor-switch short are the patterns. I replace the full switch set and align the door hooks, not just the one switch that failed, so it does not come back next month.
High-speed oven blower and control faults on HD series. The HD combination units add convection blowers and more complex controls. Blower bearings howl and then stall, which trips thermal protection mid-rush. Touch pads wear at the two or three buttons the crew hits all day. I carry the common motor and can source pads and boards by serial number.
