Full switch set replacement plus latch adjustment is the durable repair, and I document the cycle-count context so facilities can budget the next one.
  • Thermal fuse failure from marginal ventilation. Units boxed into break room millwork or old Main Street back counters run hot, and eventually the thermal fuse opens permanently.
