During business hours, we return calls within 10 minutes. After hours, we return calls as soon as we can or first thing the next morning. We confirm the available appointment time with you.

Details to have ready

When you call, tell us what equipment has stopped cooling and whether product is at risk. Have the model number and any displayed error code ready if you can read them without opening a panel.

Parts sourcing and on-site service

Sealed-system work, leak repair, recovery, evacuation and weigh-in is done in-house under our EPA #1279674151528 (Section 608). We’re also HC (A3) / R290 trained through Mainstream Engineering, which matters for Atosa and other hydrocarbon units now common in newer equipment.

Manitowoc ice machines get factory-trained service. Andrew completed the Manitowoc Ice and Koolaire Field Service Seminar, so Indigo NXT modular, NEO undercounter, and QuietQube remote-condenser units are diagnosed by someone trained on them. We’re a Manitowoc authorized service company, not a factory sales dealer. Every other brand (Hoshizaki, True, Traulsen, Turbo Air, Beverage-Air, Perlick and the rest) we service as an independent shop.

An additional charge may apply to an after-hours visit. We agree on the amount with you before the visit. The repair price comes in a written estimate after the on-site diagnosis, and the $99 diagnostic is credited toward the repair.
